On and on and on

I find that I am thinking of what to post here throughout the day and it’s affecting the activities I try to complete. It’s sort of like when you’re still out running but you’re already thinking about what the title should be on Strava. Actually, it’s a lot like that. I’m not sure how I feel about it, but at least I am getting a little bit more done than usual.

Today I read the first chapter of the Relaxation & Stress Reduction Workbook. And I tried to renew my health card online but I have to do it in person because it’s already expired. I have a cardiologist appointment tomorrow afternoon but I think Service Ontario is closed on Saturdays so I won’t have a valid health card in time. Oh well. We’ll see what happens.
